<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21.85pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT color=#000000>美国人说：创立服装公司的目的，或者说公司的最高使命就是赢利；法国人说：创立服装公司是为了满足消费者的需求，创造美，创造使人愉悦的生活方式；中国人说：创立服装公司是为了在市场上独占鳌头，打败竞争对手。尽管有三种说法，但是归根结底不过是一个问题的三个方面，且打败“竞争对手”值得商榷，其实我本人是反对过分夸大这一点的重要性的。</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21.85pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT color=#000000>创立服装公司的最终目的当然是赢得利润，但是仅为赢利而经营是难以树立威信、持续发展的，必须兼顾公司的社会职能，对内、对外提出“满足消费者的需求，创造美，创造使人愉悦的生活方式”这一相对高层次的目标，具体制定经营策略时要兼顾盈利和高层次的工作目标两方面，而孰轻孰重则要看情况而定，不可一概而论。</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21.85pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT color=#000000>如果打个利于理解的比方来讲，我们选择中国共产党从创立到赢得解放战争胜利这段历史，“赢得利润”相当于中国共产党的“枪杆子里出政权”，即要不断壮大自己，增强竞争实力，进而赢得地盘，“满足消费者的需求，创造美，创造使人愉悦的生活方式”相当于提出的政治纲领“为全中国的解放而斗争”。在一个宏伟和高尚的目标之下，所有的战役和战斗都被赋予了神圣的光环，这与军阀混战仅仅为争夺地盘（盈利）有着本质的区别。这是什么？这就是我们常说的“公司文化”的基础和无限源泉。</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P>如果你足够了解你的产品、你的品牌、你的顾客，并以品牌、商品和顾客进行陈列风格定位，这就是一个极其简单的问题。</P>
<P>举例：同样的圣诞节，但是人们过节的方式一样么？美国老百姓在12月中旬就举家团聚，高速公路上川流不息，如同中国春节前的春运。欧洲的中产阶级在圣诞节也会团圆，但是还会有各种酒会和社交活动；有些人要听新年音乐会；有些人要在私人游轮上享受浪漫……你的顾客怎样过圣诞呢？（其实，中国顾客真过圣诞节的很少，所以，你要理解的是：你的顾客心目中的圣诞节是什么样的呢？）即使在同一阶层，也可以有不同的生活方式来演绎相同的节日和主题，用心去演绎专属于品牌的节日主题，想雷同都困难呢。（雷同——除了创意的不谋而合，更多时候是对相同元素的庸俗演绎，以及感官印象的刻板复制。）</P>

<P>前不久一个学员为中国一家顶级男装品牌策划“婚礼”主题的橱窗，在交流中，也面临同样的问题。通过关键词的头脑风暴，我们很容易汇集到这些元素:婚纱、糖果、戒指、金粉、鞭炮、喜帖、酒席、红色双喜、……还有诺言……。中国36个民族、23省、4个直辖市、5个自治区、2个特别行政区——对婚姻的演绎都不尽相同，品牌零售网点分布也不相同，设计专属于品牌的陈列风格和主题形象，原来可以有如此差异化的创意思路和素材来源。</P>

<P>同种定位的品牌，面对同样购买力的顾客群，但是同样消费能力的顾客群，生活方式与文化基础并不会完全相同。在共性的基础上挖掘个性，是精细化市场操作的趋势。无论是时装产业，还是电子、汽车……都面临同样的问题，所以商业里总是会出现各种变化无穷的创意，来不断更新商家对顾客需求的理解和表达。这不是难题，恰恰是创意产业赖以发展的动力基础。</P>
